The mobile phone text message icon is missing and cannot be opened.

This situation often occurs when editing the desktop and accidentally putting the text message icon together with other icons into a folder. The solution is as follows:

1. Open the phone and then enter the phone desktop.

2. View the folder on the mobile phone desktop, and then click on the folder to enter.

3. Check whether the text message is in the file. If so, you can remove it after entering the desktop editor.
