The customer service department returns text messages to old customers

First of all, the text message needs to concisely state who you do and what you do because you are an old customer. Then you need to thank the customer for their support and trust in your company. If you are promoting your company’s new marketing and financing plan, then It can be briefly introduced. It is best to make a simple comparison with the customer's previous financial management plan. If you are just returning to the customer to see if they are satisfied with the previous financial management plan and if they have other needs, then you can simply make a return visit based on the customer's financial management method. Understand whether the customer has other needs, whether the existing financial management method needs to be improved, and finally express good wishes to the customer.
