Article 23 of the Insurance Law: After receiving the request for compensation or payment of insurance benefits from the insured or beneficiary, the insurer shall promptly verify it; If the situation is complicated, it shall be approved within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. The insurer shall notify the insured or beneficiary of the verification result; For the insured, the obligation to compensate or pay insurance money shall be fulfilled within ten days after reaching an agreement with the insured or beneficiary.

You can call PICC to ask about it.

If PICC sends you a text message, you can get compensation. It also means "reaching an agreement with the insured or beneficiary to pay compensation or insurance benefits", which should be paid to you within 10 days.

If the time limit is exceeded, you can call PICC directly and ask the customer service to make a "complaint form".

4. If it is shirked, complain to the CIRC.
