Can SMS notification for individual customers of China Bank be closed?

Personal SMS notification of BOC's termination of the contract:

China Bank's mobile banking, smart counter and personal online banking (non-inquiry version) can cancel or change the SMS service. You can also go to any branch of BOC with your valid ID card, passbook or debit card that needs to cancel or change SMS service, and mobile phone that receives SMS.
