First of all, they interviewed in advance this year and held a double election meeting. Feelings are all formal, and there are various forms to do it. The purpose is to publicize and attract talents. There are the first batch and the second batch, and the second batch is actually a spare tire. The first batch of unsigned places was postponed to the second batch. 1. Submit your resume in official website. This is very important. They don't accept paper resumes, only submit them online, and they don't attach great importance to the school and ability, so write as many as possible to ensure that you pass the resume screening.

2. Machine testing. Huawei's computer test is very water, and the three programming topics are very basic, basically about the operation of strings. 3. Personality test. After the computer test, they also asked people to conduct personality tests according to the principle of ranking results. At least I feel that you have gone, the personality test is no problem, and there will basically be an interview opportunity.

4. Technical aspects. One-sided conference technology. From my observation, there will be more C-faces and more opportunities. On the one hand, I will basically ask you something about the project and some basic knowledge of the language. So, I'll give you a suggestion, sum up the project well and review some professional courses learned in the university. After one side passes, they will inform you to go to the second side.

5. Two sides. In principle, I won't ask more technical questions. But don't take it lightly and keep in good shape. He will ask about your personal situation, personality, hobbies and so on. After a long time, I received an email asking for a complete English resume (a form filled out in Chinese to be lazy at that time) and made a pdf resume (it is said that it looks very professional). Go to the interview site at two o'clock and twelve o'clock. There are many people. Longhu only recruited forty interns. I signed up for an estimated 400 today. Before the interview, I felt that A had been very energetic, probably because he was a senior and experienced. B, C and D are all offensive. Everyone wants to dominate the overall situation and talks a lot. I don't think it's necessary to fight them, otherwise the whole group may be pass. In fact, the idea is very good from the beginning, don't grab it. Unity is strength. However, in the end, the pressure was increasing, the interviewer was particularly tricky, and then the scene was a bit chaotic, but on the whole, it was actually okay. I didn't speak for a few minutes at first, because it wasn't my responsibility, and I was always behind. Later, my brother HR gave me a chance, perhaps knowing that I was responsible for explaining the apartment type, and asked how our house was, and then I cut in and chatted. B-ultrasound is very active, quick in response and fluent in speaking, and I admire him very much. The day after tomorrow, HR also gave me several opportunities, just so-so. Fortunately, I remembered a set of data and used it later. I feel that the audience is still very stable, smiling all the time, and there is no special place to steal the camera, but I feel that my performance is average, not bad or bad.
