According to the requirements of the education authorities, the kindergarten is scheduled to open on June 10. At present, our park has made various preparations in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. The disinfection in the park is comprehensive, the logistics support is sufficient, the teaching activity plan is scientific and complete, the emergency plan is meticulous, and all the preparations are ready. I am looking forward to the children's return.

In order to resolutely implement the epidemic prevention and control work and continue to protect the health of teachers and students in the whole park, we hereby notify you of the relevant work arrangements for returning to school as follows, hoping to continue to receive your strong support and cooperation!

I. Time for resumption of classes: June 2022 10

Second, the school's resumption of classes and arrangements for resumption of classes

Adhere to the "two points and one line". Children return to school and implement "two points and one line" between family and school; In the student dormitory area, the "two points and one line" is implemented for families and units.

Adhere to voluntary choice. For children who meet the conditions for leaving the park, the principle of informed voluntariness is adhered to, and children and parents can choose whether to leave the park independently.

Third, the requirements for children to return to the park.

1. The child has never left Changchun since May 27th, 2022, and has lived in Changchun for 14 days.

2. Students who promise to be in high-risk areas or areas declared closed and controlled by the local government will be suspended from returning to school.

3. The teachers, students and employees who promise to come (return) to the county (city, district) where the high-risk area is located and the county (city, district) where the local epidemic occurs must return to school after completing the 14-day home isolation and related control requirements.

4. If the diagnosis is asymptomatic, the nucleic acid is positive and needs to be recovered, complete 28 days of disease control and community isolation, and return to school on June 9 with "two certificates and one card" (discharge certificate, release observation certificate and health card) and negative nucleic acid certificate.

5. If you are a close contact or a sub-close contact, you need to be healthy, complete disease control and community home isolation for 2 1 day, and return to school with a negative nucleic acid certificate on June 9.

6. Promise that the students will have no fever, cough, diarrhea and other symptoms 14 days before the resumption of classes. If the above symptoms occur, you need to hold a non-COVID-19 certificate from a hospital at or above the county level. After you recover, the kindergarten agrees to hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours before class. If the above requirements are not met, the child will not have the conditions to return to school.

Fourth, preparation before resuming school.

1.On June 9th, students and residents intercepted the lucky code, trip code and nucleic acid test results, and sent the electronic version of the above materials to the class teacher, who checked them one by one. After confirming that there are no problems, on June 9th, before the start of school 14 days, parents will print out all the forms related to the health monitoring cards and commitment letters of students and residents, sort them out, and the signature part must be handwritten. 3. The class teacher audit content:

(1) If the travel itinerary code shows that students and parents arrive or pass through places outside Changchun within 14 days, even if it is a green code, it should be reported to the community. Students and their roommates carry out the same epidemic prevention policy. If parents monitor their family health, children can't go back to the park.

(2) The auspicious code and travel itinerary date are June 9th, and the nucleic acid is within 48 hours.

(3) Insist on self-measuring body temperature every day, take part in community nucleic acid testing on time, and truthfully fill out the health test card submitted to teachers, students and common residents of Jimingshan Kindergarten 14 days before the start of school, and bear legal responsibility for concealing or making false reports.

(4) If the child has a cold, fever, diarrhea, fatigue, upper respiratory tract infection and other physical discomfort, be sure to wait for the child to recover before returning to school. Parents and children must be responsible for themselves and other children, truthfully report the above-mentioned abnormal situation, and hand in the "Notes on Students' Physical Abnormality and Unable to Resume Classes".

5. The day I returned to the park

1. All students return to school according to the prescribed procedures. Before entering the school, consciously line up in two rows, two meters apart, wear N95 masks, and don't fight. All parents (and vehicles) who send their children will leave immediately and will not stay on the road.

2. Students should bring paper materials on the day of returning to the park and prepare necessary supplies before entering the park. No leave is allowed to go out without special circumstances. Children are not allowed to bring flammable, explosive and toxic disinfectants and controlled knives such as alcoholic Ml and 84 disinfectant into the campus.

3. Children should try to get to school by private car or on foot, wear N95 mask all the time, do a good job in hand cleaning and other protective work, and don't stay in crowded places.

1. Children take measures to eat at the wrong peak.

Parents are not allowed to deliver meals to kindergartens at noon.

Seven, the park requirements

1. After entering the park, the school will implement closed management, and it is not allowed to leave the school without authorization except during normal class hours. If you need to contact your parents in an emergency, you can contact them through the class teacher.

2. Monitor the body temperature twice a day, make records, fill in the body temperature monitoring card and file it. After returning to campus, if you have fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other abnormalities or symptoms, you should go to a regular hospital in time and inform the class teacher in time. In the hospital, the cause is not clear, and those who have not recovered cannot return to the park. Please contact the class teacher before returning to the park.

3. Teachers and students should wear N95 masks to enter the school. Disinfect the class on time every day, keep the classroom environment clean and open the window for ventilation. Do a good job of self-protection during class, wear masks correctly as required, keep a safe distance from children except the bathroom, and the corridor is not crowded, chasing or skipping classes. When queuing in the bathroom, consciously keep your distance from others and wash your hands in time after defecation.

4. Develop good hygiene habits, and wash your hands before meals, after defecation, after touching garbage, after using sports equipment and after touching contaminated items. Cover your nose and mouth with paper towels and sleeves when coughing or sneezing, and throw the paper towels into the trash can. No spitting.

In order to ensure the safety of children's meals and reduce crowd gathering, children eat at the wrong time and place. The teacher of this class is responsible for the management of meals, and supervises the students to wash their hands before meals, sit down, divide meals by special personnel, eat in the same direction, do not gather together in small groups, and do not judge the position. Parents are refused to come to the park to deliver meals, and takeout is strictly forbidden to enter the campus.

6. Children who go out due to illness must strictly fulfill the leave formalities and abide by the leave management regulations. The class teacher will send them to the school gate, and the parents will pick them up and escort them to the hospital at the school gate for medical treatment. They are not allowed to eat out, wander around or gather at will. Back to school, with the corresponding physical examination certificate, accept the temperature test, no special circumstances by the class teacher back to school. If there is any abnormality, immediately start the emergency plan.

7. Parents need to bring paper towels, disinfectant wipes (alcohol wipes) and masks (2 per day) to their children (never spray or throw alcohol warm towels or alcohol at others).
