It is caused by entering the wrong account password or the input method error on the mobile phone. The operation method is as follows:

1. First open the WeChat APP on the desktop and enter the WeChat login interface. .

2. Enter the WeChat login interface and click on the Retrieve Password option, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then in the page that opens, in the account and password retrieval interface, click the bound mobile phone number option, as shown in the figure below.
