If I change the number bound to the bank account SMS reminder, do I need to withdraw the fee again?

You can activate SMS reminders in the following ways:

1. After entering the bank’s official website link, click the personal online banking login logo;

2. Enter the user name and password to append code and click to log in;

3. Click to log in and enter the personal online banking interface, click the Security Center icon, then click the SMS Settings drop-down black triangle icon, and click SMS Alert Settings in the pop-up menu;

4. After reading the agreement, click Agree. Enter your mobile phone number and obtain the verification code. Enter the verification code and click Confirm;

5. After clicking Confirm, a prompt window will appear indicating that the bank SMS service has been activated.
