Baidu's mobile phone number is no longer used. What if I can't receive the verification code?

You can change the bound mobile phone number through account appeal, as follows:

1, account login page, enter your mobile phone number, and then click Forgot Password on the right.

2. Enter the account number and verification code to be retrieved, and then click OK.

3. Choose the verification method, because you can't receive the verification code from your mobile phone number, and you need to click on the account at the bottom to appeal.

4. Then click Start Complaint.

5. Enter the mobile phone number that can be used to send SMS verification code to Baidu, and then click Verify the mobile phone number.

6. Send SMS verification code to Baidu as shown on the page, and then return to the complaint page and click I have sent SMS to continue the next step.

7. Enter the ID information of your previous real name, and then click Next.

8. Fill in the login information, password, common login location and previously bound mobile phone number, and click Next.

9. Fill in the registration information, the mobile phone number of the registered account, the place when registering, and then click Submit.

10. After the complaint is accepted, click OK and wait for approval!

1 1. Within 48 hours of accepting the account appeal, the mobile phone receives the successful appeal message, and click the link.

12. Check the personal account information carefully, modify the mobile phone number, and click Submit.

13. The submission was successful, so you can return to the login page and log in to your account again.
