Can China Southern Airlines change to Sichuan Airlines?

Legal analysis: the change of airlines is mainly decided by the contract signed by both parties. Usually, the signed change is more than 60% off. When the corresponding space is open, you can change the flight/date twice for free before the scheduled departure time of the flight. After the scheduled departure time, the flight will be changed for the third time, and 5% of the passenger fare will be charged as the change fee. If there is no corresponding shipping space, the upgrade fee will be used as the change fee. Between 5.5% discount and 60% discount, when the corresponding space is open, the flight/date can be changed for free before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
