Collecting evidence can prove that the other party cheated.

The other party cheated. The way to collect evidence is as follows:

1. Forensic investigation can be conducted through room opening records and call records.

2. Letters, short messages and emails exchanged between the two parties;

Cheating can be proved by the repentance book written by the other party.

According to Article 106 of the Supreme People's Court's Interpretation of Application, evidence formed or obtained by methods that seriously infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, violate the prohibitive provisions of laws or seriously violate public order and good customs shall not be used as the basis for determining the facts of a case.
