How to cancel the family account if it is not the main account?

If you are not the main account, you can return to the family account. Users can bring their ID cards to nearby business halls to apply. However, after the user completes the application, the main account will receive a text message reminder. Open the China Mobile software on your mobile phone, select online customer service in the category service, send a question about canceling your family number, and follow the reply prompts to send a text message to cancel.

1. Click on the category

Verify your mobile phone number and log in to the China Mobile app, click on the lower left Angular classification module.

2. Select customer service

Click to select the service module on the left and the online customer service project.

3. Send questions

On the online customer service chat page, send questions about canceling the family account.

4. Cancel the family number

Send a text message to cancel the family number according to the automatic reply prompt.
