China Construction Bank unties the mobile phone as follows:

Steps:

1. Open the website of CCB.

2. Click "Personal Online Banking Login".

3. Enter your ID number or user name and password to log in to your online bank.

4. After logging in successfully, click "Other Account Services".

5. This is the interface shown below.

6. Click "Unbind the mobile banking client".

7. A message will appear for you to confirm. Click OK to continue.

8. After the following interface appears, click OK to continue.

9. Plug in your U shield and enter the password.

10, press the "OK" button on your U shield to confirm.
