In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the whole city, according to the requirements of the Notice on Further Improving the Management of Health Code Assignment and Transcoding in Shandong Province, the "nine categories" of key personnel are now included in the management scope of health code assignment, which will be implemented on December 1, 222.

1. Classification and coding management

1. Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons. (1) During hospitalization, it is given a "red code", and the duration is before discharge. ② The confirmed cases discharged from hospital and asymptomatic infected persons who are undergoing home health monitoring are given "yellow code" for 7 days, and the "green code" will be automatically restored after the expiration.

2. Close contacts. Implement 5 days of centralized isolation +3 days of home isolation. (1) during the period of centralized isolation, a "red code" is assigned, lasting for 5 days. ② After 5 days, it will be changed to "yellow code", lasting for 3 days at home, and will automatically resume "green code" after the expiration.

3. Regional investigators. The risk personnel identified in the regional cooperative investigation data except the close contact after multi-source comparison are given "yellow code" for 7 days, and the "green code" will be automatically restored after the expiration.

4. People in high-risk areas. Personnel in high-risk areas are given a "yellow code", which lasts for 5 days, and the "green code" will be automatically restored after the expiration.

5. Spillovers in high-risk areas. Spillovers in high-risk areas are given a "yellow code", lasting for 7 days, and the "green code" will be automatically restored after the expiration.

6. Entry personnel. The period of centralized isolation of entry personnel is 5 talents "red code", and the duration is 5 days from the entry date. After 5 days, it will be changed to "yellow code", lasting for 3 days at home, and will automatically resume "green code" after the expiration.

7. Employees in high-risk positions who have finished closed-loop operations. Employees in high-risk positions who finish closed-loop operations are given a "yellow code", lasting for 5 days, and will automatically resume the "green code" after the expiration.

8. People pushed to the national government service platform by other provinces. The "red code" personnel pushed by other provinces to the national government service platform are given a "red code" for 7 days from the push date, or the "red code" is changed to a "green code" in advance in other provinces. The "yellow code" personnel pushed by other provinces to the national government service platform are given the "yellow code" for 7 days from the push date, or the "yellow code" is changed to "green code" in advance in other provinces.

9. Persons in other circumstances. Important inbound business people, sports groups and other major events will be given a "yellow code" during the period, and the duration will be the end of business activities, sports events and other major events, and the "green code" will be automatically restored after the expiration.

II. Restricted access places

Code-assigning personnel should strictly implement centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring measures in accordance with regulations, strictly restrict access to all kinds of public places, and it is forbidden to take public transportation. Under special circumstances, the community provides closed-loop services.

III. Strict inspection and management

Operators or managers of public * * * places must scan the codes of places for personnel according to requirements, strengthen investigation and persuasion, and prohibit code-assigned personnel from entering. Once the code-assigning personnel are found, they shall immediately report to the competent authorities, communities and local epidemic prevention and control headquarters. Those who disobey the management of the code-assigning personnel shall be investigated for relevant responsibilities in strict accordance with the law.
