Legal analysis: the crime of loan fraud is a criminal offence. Legal basis: Article 264 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). A criminal sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or criminal detention shall be issued a release certificate by the executing organ after the expiration of his execution.
