First, promote local festivals. Advocate citizens to spend their holidays in the local area and travel in the city during the National Day, and not to go out of the city unless necessary. Citizens who really need to move across the city should hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, know the risk level and epidemic prevention measures of the destination in advance, do a good job in personal protection and travel declaration, and pay attention to epidemic prevention and safety during the journey.

Second, take the initiative to report in time. Migrant workers from the south of the province and migrant workers from epidemic cities in the province must truthfully report their residence history to their communities through the QR code of Nanchong returnees at the first time, and actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.

Third, strengthen the management of risk personnel. People from high and medium risk areas in China will be quarantined for 7 days at their own expense. In these seven days, people from key areas in China came to South China to implement measures such as home isolation and nucleic acid detection. Home isolation means "one person is isolated, and people who live together are isolated from each other". The specific control requirements are subject to the daily health reminder of the official WeChat account of Nanchong CDC.

Fourth, strictly implement the "landing inspection". All people who come to South by plane, railway, highway, etc. from outside the province. Strictly carry out the "mandatory inspection when entering Sichuan", scan the "inspection code", check the health code and communication travel itinerary, and conduct three nucleic acid tests within three days. Those who enter the south from other cities in the province and do not hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours need to carry out "landing inspection" to ensure that everyone checks and manages by classification, and no one is left behind.

Fifth, strengthen normalization monitoring. Give full play to the role of convenient nucleic acid sampling points, expand the scope and frequency of nucleic acid testing for key populations, and advocate citizens to conduct nucleic acid testing every seven days. All employees of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions must hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours before returning to work on holidays.

Sixth, strengthen the management of public places. In public places, we will continue to strictly implement the measures of wearing masks, checking hygiene codes, checking tourist cards and checking place codes. Key public places such as hotels, hotel accommodation and scenic spots need to check the negative certificate of 72-hour nucleic acid detection. People with abnormal health codes or living history in risky cities should be restricted from entering and report to their communities as soon as possible.

Seven, strictly control the meeting activities. Adhere to the principle of "don't hold it unless necessary, don't hold it offline", and suspend off-line large-scale meetings, training, forums, celebrations, performances, exhibitions and other party activities. Catering service business units shall not undertake collective dinners and banquets for more than 50 people. We advocate "delaying red affairs and keeping white affairs simple", and the number of family gatherings should not exceed 10.

Eight, pay attention to the epidemic. Please pay close attention to the epidemic situation and actively cooperate with health services. If you have a recent residence history in the relevant area, or receive an epidemic prevention and control reminder message, the health code will be changed to "red team" and "yellow code", so you should report to your community/village as soon as possible. The "code red" personnel are waiting for transshipment on the spot, and the "code yellow" personnel go to the designated medical institution for nucleic acid detection.

Nine, personal protection. Citizens and friends are requested to wear masks consciously, wash their hands frequently, gather less, get vaccinated, and strengthen health monitoring for themselves and their families. Even if the symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue are mild, don't buy medicine yourself. They should go to the nearby fever clinic for medical treatment in time, wear masks regularly during the whole medical treatment, and avoid taking public transport. When taking part in nucleic acid sampling, you must wear a mask and keep a distance of one meter.

Ten, serious accountability. Those who violate the epidemic prevention and control regulations, refuse to carry out inspection and testing, centralized isolation and home isolation treatment, conceal their itinerary and close contact history, refuse to report to the community, or obstruct the epidemic prevention and control official duties will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility.
