Why are some stocks delisted without a consolidation period?
Trading stocks that are forced to withdraw from the market. According to the listing rules of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges (including Main Board, science and technology innovation board and Growth Enterprise Market), the stocks of companies that are forced to withdraw from the market or voluntarily withdraw from the market due to transactions will not enter the delisting consolidation period. At present, the stocks in the delisting period in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets have entered the risk warning board, but science and technology innovation board has not.
The trading period of the delisting consolidation period in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets is 15 trading days. During the delisting consolidation period, the suspension will not be included in the delisting consolidation period, but the cumulative number of suspension days shall not exceed 5 trading days.
During the delisting consolidation period, the securities code will remain unchanged, and there will be no price limit on the first trading day. In the remaining trading days, the growth enterprise market and science and technology innovation board are limited to 20%, and the main board is limited to 10%. However, if the previous closing price of A shares is less than or equal to RMB 0.05, the price limit is 0.0 1 RMB, and if the previous closing price of B shares is less than or equal to USD 0.005, the price limit is 0.005.
After the stocks of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets are terminated, they will generally enter the third board trading within 45 trading days from the date of delisting, and investors will transfer their rights in the third board after opening and confirming their rights. The specific transfer time is subject to the announcement.
An announcement will be made before the stock is delisted. Investors should sell in time before delisting. If they don't sell it before delisting, they will go to Sanban to sell it. After all, there is little chance that such companies will successfully re-list.
