The new version of mobile banking: you can check the card number through Favorites-Account Inquiry or Finance-My Account-Account Inquiry/Account Management; Old mobile banking: You can check the card number through account inquiry-My account/details inquiry.

Through this function, customers can query all account information of mobile banking (including foreign currency and secondary cards) and the corresponding operational functions of each account. Click the function item to quickly link to the corresponding operation interface.

Instructions for use of key functions:

1. The customer enters "Finance-Account Inquiry";

2. Display the list page of all accounts of this customer, as shown in the following figure:

3. Click on the account in the account list to enter the sub-account page or account details page of the account according to the account type, as shown in the following figure:

4. On the account details query page, click the sub-account query button to enter the sub-account list page, and click the sub-account to enter the sub-account details page, as shown in the following figure:

You can self-register through the mobile banking client, or register through personal online banking or the counter of business outlets.

(1) Customer self-registration

You only need to have a debit card, a credit card, a current all-in-one account in local currency and foreign currency, and a fixed all-in-one account in local currency and foreign currency in the Postal Savings Bank. The current passbook account can be used to open mobile banking through customer self-registration function.

(2) Personal online banking application
