Forgot the password of the health account, can't figure out which password it is?

If you forget the login password, open "Forgot Password" in the login interface of APP to modify it. Click: Forgot password → Enter mobile phone number, verification code and social security card number information → Enter new password.

If you forget the payment password, (1) open the Healthlink APP and click: My → Account Security → Reset the payment password → Enter the ID number, new password and SMS verification code → Click OK; (2) Hospital self-service machines can be modified directly. Click: Reset Health Pass Password → Enter the mobile phone number and SMS verification code → Set a new payment password for the Health Pass account.
