At present, the mobile phone package cannot be cancelled. If you mean you can't change the package, it doesn't rule out that the number is caused by the following circumstances:

1. Your mobile phone has expired and cannot be replaced;

2. You changed the package in the current month;

3. Users with contract plan restrictions;

4. Your mobile phone is in an abnormal service state such as number protection and loss reporting, or it is a blacklisted user;

5. From the last day of the month to the beginning of the month, it may affect you to use the package for business;

6. You can't change the package from 00: 00 to 24: 00 on the last day of the month.

7. Other factors make it impossible to change the packaging.

Excluding the above situation, it still cannot be changed. I suggest you consult the Unicom manual customer service to which the number belongs.
