The ticket waiting list was successful, why is it shown that the ticket is still being obtained?

There are several possibilities:

1. There is a time difference between the SMS notification system and the order system, resulting in the status not being updated synchronously in time. It is recommended to wait patiently for a while, and the system background will automatically update the order status.

2. Due to network or system reasons, the order status failed to obtain the latest data in time and was not updated. You can try logging out of your account and logging in again to see if it has been updated to the waiting redemption status.

3. When there are multiple waiting orders, the text message received may mean that other waiting orders have been successfully redeemed, while this order is still waiting for remaining tickets. You should check whether the SMS order number and the APP order number are consistent.

4. Sometimes it is necessary to manually confirm the order after the waitlist is cashed out in order to complete the waitlist boarding of the waitlisted order. Check whether the order requires additional confirmation.
