How does Red Rice NOTE activate SIM card?

This is the unique service of Xiaomi system. If a new card is installed on the new Xiaomi mobile phone or the mobile phone suddenly changes its mobile phone card, it will prompt to send a short message to Xiaomi service center to activate Xiaomi account and mobile phone number.

This can be activated or disabled by SMS, which has no effect on the mobile phone, but there will be a prompt every time it is turned on.
