The user of China Unicom sends the sender number of the spam message together with the content of the spam message to "10010"; After receiving the user's report, it will also reply to the SMS to remind the user. If it is illegal information, the communication department will forward it to the public security department. If it is a message sent by a partner in the communication department, the mobile company will handle it and cancel the cooperation relationship.

3. China Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. announced that from March 1 2008, China mobile phone users can forward the received bad information to 10086999 or directly call 10086 to report it. For the user's complaint against China Mobile, China Mobile promises to reply 100%, and the time limit for the first reply shall not exceed 48 hours.
