First, strict self-health monitoring and management. Candidates should complete COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible without any taboo, do a good job in nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the first exam (both electronic and paper versions are equally effective), and apply for their Hunan residents' health code (through WeChat official account "Hunan residents' health card") and communication big data travel card (through WeChat applet "communication big data travel card") from the date of announcement, and continue to pay attention to their health code and communication big data travel card status. 2. Before each exam, candidates should arrive at the test center at least 70 minutes in advance. When entering the test center, take the initiative to show the admission ticket, valid ID, health code or place code, communication big data travel card and my negative nucleic acid test certificate (electronic and paper are equally effective) within 48 hours before the first test, and accept the temperature measurement. In order to ensure that candidates can take the exam smoothly, it is suggested that candidates in Hunan Province should not leave Hunan within 7 days before the exam. Candidates who are still outside the province are advised to arrive in the city where the test center is located 7 days in advance, so as not to delay the exam.

Fifth, isolate the examination room reference. The following personnel are arranged to take the exam in the isolation examination room:

During the examination, candidates with abnormal body temperature (≥37.3℃) or abnormal symptoms such as dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and decreased sense of smell (taste) will be transferred to the isolation examination room to take the examination after professional evaluation by relevant health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions.

Sixth, it can't be referenced. The following personnel are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test:

1. Have lived abroad or in Hongkong or Taiwan Province Province within 0/0 days before the test/kloc-0.

2. Within 7 days before the test, there are people who have lived in high-risk areas, areas with serious local epidemics or high spillover risks, and areas managed in high-risk areas according to the regulations of our province (the list of the above areas is subject to the day of the test); Employees in high-risk positions have not completed 7 days of concentration or home isolation after leaving their posts.

3. People with COVID-19-related symptoms, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), stuffy nose, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc. And infectious diseases cannot be ruled out.

4. The health code of Hunan residents is red or yellow.

5. Being in isolation treatment, centralized isolation medical observation, home isolation medical observation and home health monitoring.

6. Unable to provide health code or place code, communication big data travel card, negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the initial test (electronic and paper are equally effective), valid identity documents and admission tickets.

7. He has lived in a low-risk area and Hunan Province for 7 days before the exam, and has not entered Hunan with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, or has not completed two tests within 3 days after entering Hunan (1 landing inspection, and the second nucleic acid test was conducted on the third day after entering Hunan).

8. Other candidates who do not meet the normal examination conditions.

Candidates, especially those from other provinces, must make travel arrangements and health management in advance to ensure that they meet the prevention and control requirements when entering the venue. Candidates who fail to prepare as required due to their own reasons and do not carry relevant supporting materials are deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically.

Seven, all candidates should pay attention to personal protection, bring their own disposable medical masks, in addition to identification as required to take off the mask, should always wear a mask. It is forbidden to wear a mask with a breathing valve.

Eight, during the examination, candidates have abnormal body temperature (≥37.3℃) or dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste) and other abnormal symptoms, should promptly report and consciously obey the management of the test center staff. After the on-site medical staff and the test center judge that they can continue to take the test, they will be arranged to continue the test in the isolation examination room. Due to abnormal body temperature, examination room transfer and other epidemic prevention work, the examination of relevant candidates was interrupted, and the examination time needed to be increased according to relevant regulations. If it is judged that it is impossible to continue to take the exam, the resident medical staff shall report to the local epidemic prevention department as required and dispose of it as required.

Nine, during the examination, candidates should consciously maintain the order of the examination, keep a safe distance from other candidates, and obey the arrangement of the on-site staff. After the exam, leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions, and don't crowd, stay in the examination room or gather.

Ten, candidates should carefully read the relevant provisions of the exam and discipline requirements, epidemic prevention requirements before printing the admission ticket. Ensure that all epidemic prevention materials (information) submitted by me and presented on site are true and effective, actively cooperate with and obey the inspection and epidemic prevention inspection and monitoring, and do not conceal or lie about epidemic prevention and control information such as residence history, contact history and health status.
