Why can't the card inserted in the watch receive information?

1. Check whether the sent mobile phone number is in the watch address book;

2. Whether the phone number of the watch is normal and whether there is any arrears;

Put the watch card in your mobile phone and send a short message to see if you can receive it. If it is not received, it means that the operator has restricted the SMS function of this card and needs to contact the operator to turn on the SMS function.

4. Open the collection SMS on the 4.APP to see if it is received in the collection SMS. The watch can't receive short messages from strange numbers.
