How does Apple 4S check SMS?

When the phone has a short message ringing, you can do this:

Press on/key or Home.

Enter the unlock screen password or fingerprint to unlock;

Return to the home screen;

Find the icon of SMS application;

Next, a short message will be displayed. The message at the top was recently received. The further down, the longer it takes to receive text messages.

If there is a dot in front of the message, it means that the message has not been read. Click it to display the details of the message, as shown in the figure below.

After reading all the short messages, it will be like this, as shown below.
