Customers who buy this number again will receive an account change message that has nothing to do with it.

You can apply for deleting duplicate mobile phone numbers in other customers' names at any business outlets in China with your valid ID card and "proof of holding mobile phone numbers".

Mobile phone number holding proof materials include the following two types:

1. If you have a mobile phone number for three months, you must have a mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months;

2. If you have held the mobile phone number for less than three months, you must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.
