Can China Unicom get the message when it goes to Cambodia?

Users of Unicom's mobile phone card need to open the international roaming function in order to use it normally in Cambodia and receive short messages. Opening mode of international roaming:

1. Log in to the online business hall of China Unicom, click on the menu "Handling-International Business Handling-International Roaming in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan", and follow the instructions on the page.

2. Download and log in to China Unicom Mobile Phone Business Hall APP, click the menu "Service-Handling-International, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Services-Switching Roaming Services", and follow the prompts on the page.

3. Call the local Unicom customer service hotline 100 10 to apply.

4. The host should handle the original valid certificate in the local Unicom's own business hall.
