Reason: As a third-party intermediary, the communication company connects CCB and customers, among which mobile banking and SMS banking are connected with customers, and their main channels are binding through mobile phone numbers. So if you send 0000 to 95533, it is also that you set the information of the receiving communication company to be blocked, which is the so-called blacklist (actually it is not).

Solution: Call customer service 95533 and ask for background processing (I hope the tone is tough, haha). Generally, it can be solved within one week, and the corresponding communication company has no way to solve it.

The crux of the matter: If the customer wants to cancel the SMS banking of a bank account, he should send: QXDX# bank account number to 95533 (case-insensitive).
