Why can't I send my group SMS?

If you need to send a group message, please click Edit New Message. When adding a contact, click on the left side of the contact, view the contacts in batches, and then click Finish. If your mobile phone can't send short messages in groups, I suggest you:

1. Try to replace other mobile phone cards.

2. Try to upgrade the system version (Settings-About Equipment-System Update).

3. Back up the data and try to restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore the factory settings).
