Why doesn't my Alipay have express information?

If you can't find any logistics information, but you are not trapped somewhere.

There are several possibilities:

First, the sender didn't deliver the goods at all, just gave an empty bill number, and naturally there was no logistics information. This situation can be checked with the shipper to see if the goods have indeed been delivered.

Second, the courier lost the courier after receiving the goods, which led to the courier not reaching the courier point and no scanning record, so there would be no logistics information.

1. Open the Alipay homepage and click more.

2. Go to more function pages and click My Express.

3. Go to my quick page and click more.

4. Click Authorization Management.

5. Click Add Mobile Number.

6. Enter the mobile phone number and mobile phone verification code, and then click OK to add, and return to my express page to view all the express information bound to this mobile phone number.
