1. Relevant control measures are strictly implemented in Dongcheng Subdistrict’s high, medium and low risk areas and temporary control areas.

2. People in the jurisdiction should not leave Dongcheng unless necessary. Those who really need to travel must present two negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours and a "green code" health code.

3. All special places with full-time care services such as elderly care institutions, welfare institutions, confinement centers, care centers for the disabled, and rescue agencies are subject to closed management. Childcare institutions, rehabilitation institutions, religious places, etc. Special places that do not provide full care services will suspend offline services.

4. Street-wide sauna massage, foot spa, health center, physiotherapy center, public cultural venues, chess and card rooms, mahjong halls, Internet cafes, bars, KTV, gyms, gymnasiums, swimming pools, etc. Closed cultural, sports and entertainment venues are temporarily closed. Cinemas and museums must strictly implement the "five-piece set" of health services such as temperature measurement, code scanning, flashing codes, wearing masks, and disinfection, and prevent and control measures such as strengthening ventilation in the venue and limiting the flow of people to 75% of the approved reception capacity.

5. All types of off-campus training institutions across the street have suspended offline training.

All street farmers’ markets, restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets and other public places must strictly implement the “five-piece set” of health services such as temperature measurement, code scanning, code display, wearing masks, and disinfection. , strengthen the ventilation of the place, limit the flow of people according to the approved reception capacity of 75 and other prevention and control measures. Guests staying in hotels and tourist attractions must check a health code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Reduce all types of crowd gathering activities. All relevant businesses must fulfill their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control. A 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate must be checked before entering all public places.

7. Implement the “Place Code” scanning management. "Place codes" must be set at the entrances of all residential areas, communities, and public places. Public places without "place codes" will be closed. Preventive and control measures such as temperature checks, health code checks, and mask wearing must be strictly implemented. Only after scanning the venue code and verifying that the green code is correct can you enter. Failure to follow the above preventive and control measures will be severely punished.
