1. How soon can I receive the payment after sending the equipment? Where did the money go?

The recycling company will complete the inspection within 48 hours after receiving the equipment (subject to the delivery time). If the equipment inspection and order description functions are consistent, the recovery money will be issued within 2 hours. If the test result does not match the selection, the customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours after the test is completed.

Note: Payment methods are Alipay and WeChat (only web pages are supported).

2. By default, the trade-in order will be collected at the door of SF Company, and the courier fee will be paid.
