Note 2 SMS attachments cannot be downloaded. Iphone added pictures to my Note2 via SMS, but it can't be downloaded. What should I do?

If your mobile phone receives a multimedia message that cannot be downloaded, we suggest that you:

1. As MMS service needs to be transmitted through data service, please ask the customer to confirm whether the data Internet service is enabled.

2. Some intelligent operating systems need to start data services to receive MMS: Applications-Settings-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Mobile Data.

3. It may be that the MMS parameters are wrong, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive MMS. Go to Application-Settings-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Access Point Name-Menu key in the lower left corner-Reset to default values.

I suggest you send yourself a short message with a picture to see if you can receive it normally.

5. If you still can't download the MMS content, there may be something wrong with the SIM/USIM card. It is recommended to try to replace another SIM/USIM card.

6. If the above operations can't be solved, please back up the important data in the mobile phone and try to restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset (Privacy)).
