1. Identify the tax refund merchant and fill in the tax refund form.

After shopping at an overseas store, please ask the store for a detailed shopping receipt and a Global Blue tax refund form. Please fill in all required fields in capital letters and sign. The name on the tax refund form and the shopping receipt must be consistent, otherwise the tax refund result will be affected.

2. Customs inspection and customs stamp.

When you leave the tax refund country, please try to take the tax refund form, shopping receipt, passport and unused goods with you to the Customs desk to stamp the customs stamp on the tax refund form. There may be a queue to get a customs stamp, so please allow plenty of time before boarding. During the stamping process, please make sure that the customs stamp is clear and complete and the date is visible, otherwise the tax refund may not be possible; if the customs stamp is not clear, you can immediately request it to be stamped again.

3. Return to the Bank of China branch for tax refund.
