1. How to resume continuous use of mobile phones:
Please clear the screen lock password. When the mobile phone is turned off, press and hold the volume increase button and the power button at the same time when the USB cable is not plugged in, release the power button when the boot screen appears, and release the volume increase button after 3 seconds to enter the recovery mode. After entering, select Restore Factory Settings and restart.
Note: After the factory settings are restored, the data in the mobile phone will be deleted.
2. Please confirm that Find My Phone is turned on:
1) If my mobile phone is not turned on, it will directly enter the system after restoring the factory settings.
2) If Find My Mobile is turned on, you need to verify Huawei's account and password to activate the mobile phone after returning to the factory. The operation is as follows:
A: There is a Huawei account password.
Please follow the prompts to enter the correct Huawei account number and password (in case of WLAN connection), and follow the on-screen prompts to activate and enter your mobile phone.
B: I have a Huawei account, but I forgot my password.
You can log in to Huawei cloud service website through your computer, and click Forgot Password in the login interface. After resetting the password, please activate and access your Huawei mobile phone with your Huawei account and the newly reset password.
C: I forgot the Huawei account number and password I got back when I started.
Please connect your mobile phone to the WLAN network first, click the activation help prompted by the mobile phone interface, and apply for activation in the pop-up interface. When the application is published, this button will become the active button. Then send the scanned/copied purchase invoice, MEID/IMEI number, contact email address or mobile phone number to hwsupport @ mail01.huawei.com by email. After the email is successfully sent, please contact Huawei customer service hotline 4008308300 to apply for remote unlocking.
