Does ambiguous information count as evidence of cheating?

Legal analysis: ambiguous text messages count as evidence of infidelity. Under normal circumstances, if an ambiguous message is used as evidence of cheating, it should be presented in court, and the relevant information of the message should be extracted in writing, including the content, sender, receiver, sending and receiving time, storage location and other relevant information. However, the obtained ambiguous short messages must be true, legal and relevant. When collecting ambiguous short messages as evidence of cheating, it shall not violate the provisions of the law or infringe upon the rights and interests of a third party.
