How to refund the tax after receiving the tax refund SMS?

Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Tax Refund (Exemption) of Export Goods states that, unless otherwise stipulated, before the end of the specified reporting period, the tax authorities shall not refuse to accept the application for tax refund (exemption) of export goods submitted by exporters for reasons such as lack of relevant electronic information or inconsistent verification of electronic information.
