OPPO mobile phone 5g switch can't be turned on

Setting method of mobile phone 5G switch:

1, ColorOS 12 and above (5G mobile phone):

(1)5G switch: "Settings >; Mobile Network > Select the corresponding SIM card > Enable 5 G. "

(2) Intelligent 5G switch: "Settings >; Mobile Network > Advanced Settings > Smart 5 G. "

2. Coloros11-11.3 version (5G mobile phone):

(1)5G switch: "Settings >; SIM card and traffic management >: Select the corresponding SIM card > Enable 5 G. "

(2) Intelligent 5G switch: "Settings >; SIM Card and Traffic Management >: Advanced Settings > Smart 5 G. "

3.ColorOS version 7-7.2 (5G mobile phone):

(1) "Settings >; SIM card and traffic management >: Select the corresponding SIM card > Enable 5G, and turn on the "Enable 5G" switch in the network setting area.

(2) "Settings > SIM Card and Traffic Management >: Select the corresponding SIM card > Enable 5G > Smart 5G" and turn on "Smart 5G", which can automatically identify and detect high-speed scenes, and improve the battery life while enjoying 5G high speed.

Tips:

After the card is inserted, the phone turns on the "On 5G" and "Smart 5G" switches by default.
