Second, the application conditions

(1) Anyone who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), has good professional quality and moral conduct, has a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics (see annex 1 for the professional comparison table), and has been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for two years, can sign up for the qualification examination of the second-level constructor.

(2) Exemption conditions for certain subjects

Those who meet the requirements in item (1) above and meet the following conditions may be exempted from the corresponding subjects:

1. with intermediate or above technical titles in engineering or engineering economics, engaged in construction project management 15 years, can be exempted from trial construction project management;

2. Those who meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from "Construction Management of Building Engineering" and "Regulations and Related Knowledge of Building Engineering" and only take the examination of the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice":

(2) Obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 20 years;

(3) Have a bachelor's degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years;

(4) Holding the construction qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
