As leading cadres, we must adhere to the concept of "people-oriented, ruling for the people", carry forward the fine style of keeping close contact with the masses, study and practice Scientific Outlook on Development, strictly abide by relevant disciplines in work changes, strengthen study, carefully analyze ourselves, change work style and enhance the concept of the masses. Therefore, on the basis of earnestly participating in the activities of "People-oriented, Governing for the People" and "Thousands of Cadres at the Grassroots Level" for two months, I consulted the literature on the Party's ideology, organization, style and system construction since the founding of the People's Republic of China, carefully studied the Party's mass line, principles and policies, and compared the deeds of Yang Shanzhou, the former secretary of Baoshan District Committee of Yunnan Province. At the same time, during my study, I spent a week extensively soliciting party (workers) in towns and streets. Learn from others, and carefully analyze the problems existing in the fine style, clean code, ideological style, study style, work style, leadership style and life style of the Committee, Bureau and myself in carrying forward the people-oriented concept of governing for the people. Seriously studied the prescribed subjects, watched the warning film, and wrote the experience. A party class focusing on people-oriented and governing for the people was given to the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the whole region, and a series of activities were carried out for the whole region, such as studying and implementing the code of integrity, changing discipline, and reporting commitments on major personal matters. Through the above activities and carefully combing the opinions solicited, combined with the current situation of discipline inspection work in our district and its own problems, a series of rectification measures have been formulated.

I. Problems needing rectification

In accordance with the requirements of the documents of the central, provincial and municipal commission for discipline inspection and organizational departments, I strive to implement the concept of putting people first and governing for the people, adhere to the party's mass line and mass work discipline, safeguard the interests of the people, and carry forward the fine style of close contact with the masses; Correctly treat individuals' entry, exit and stay, and abide by organizational and personnel discipline, especially the discipline of changing jobs; Abide by the relevant provisions of leading cadres' honesty in politics and personal matters that should be reported. Special attention should be paid to learning from Comrade Yang Shanzhou's advanced deeds, finding out the gaps and deficiencies in consciously practicing the Party's purpose and strengthening party spirit cultivation, and making clear the direction of efforts. Checked one by one, explained the personal matters involved in the report one by one, carefully analyzed the existing problems, and checked them one by one with a pragmatic attitude. The problems that need rectification are as follows.

1, lack of systematicness and continuity in learning. The study of laws and regulations related to the construction of a clean government is not systematic and in-depth, and there are some problems in understanding. Ideological emancipation is not thorough enough, and theoretical study is not in-depth and comprehensive enough.

2, adhere to the people-oriented, the concept of governing for the people has been strengthened. The phenomenon of inaction and chaos of a few party member cadres still exists; A few leading cadres have a weak sense of purpose and self-discipline, and violations of discipline and discipline still occur from time to time; The problem of harming the interests of the masses and competing with the people still exists in some places. I and the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the whole region need to focus on people-oriented governance and strengthen the building of anti-corruption ability.

3. Seeking truth from facts and serving the masses: the sense of the purpose of serving the people has faded. It's not surprising that I've heard a lot and seen a lot about the phenomenon of ignoring the sufferings of the masses, coveting enjoyment, extravagance and waste, abusing power for personal gain, and taking bribes. I don't really realize that serving the people wholeheartedly is the starting point and destination of my work, and whether I put the interests of the people above everything else is an important symbol to measure whether a cadre in party member has a strong sense of party spirit. The ability to serve the masses needs to be strengthened, and there are fewer grassroots units. Pragmatic thinking style is not consistent enough. Although we always remind ourselves, we fail to put an end to it.

4. Diligence and thrift: able to adhere to the idea of "two musts" and basically come uninvited. But sometimes there will be a phenomenon of accompanying food.

5. Work: The professional ability of the discipline inspection and supervision organs in the whole region needs to be strengthened, and the role of escorting the economic and social development of the whole region needs to be improved; The efficiency construction of CSRC organs needs to be strengthened. Criticism and self-criticism are not enough, and the democratic style is not suitable for the duties of the "monitor".

6. Discipline: the discipline education for cadres is not frequent enough, the supervision of the implementation system is not in place and strict enough, and the requirements for oneself need to be further strengthened.

In view of the above-mentioned problems that need to be rectified, I will seriously solicit the opinions of myself and my unit by holding symposiums and individual interviews. At present, it is necessary to take the opportunity of carrying out the educational activities on the theme of "people-oriented governance for the people" and carry out a one-month rectification of work style and discipline in this unit.
