3. Wait for the online application result. Feedback is expected within 2-3 working days. After receiving the message via text message, we will go to the site to deliver the materials according to the time and address prompted by the text message.

4. Submit materials on site.

Legal Basis

Article 21 of the "Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China" The Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee is responsible for jurisdiction over labor disputes occurring within the region. Labor disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the labor dispute arbitration committee where the labor contract is performed or where the employer is located. If both parties apply for arbitration to the labor dispute arbitration committee at the place where the labor contract is performed and the employer is located respectively, the labor dispute arbitration committee at the place where the labor contract is performed shall have jurisdiction.
