Can't North Myanmar return to China on June 30th?

1. From now until June 30th, 20021,all Wanzhou nationals stranded in northern Myanmar must return to China through formal channels. Before returning to China, you need to report to the township (street), police station or village cadre where your household registration is located 7 days in advance. After entering the country, we must strictly abide by the relevant provisions on the prevention and control of domestic epidemics to prevent the import of overseas epidemics.

Second, for criminal suspects who are still illegally stranded in northern Myanmar, if they and their families take the initiative to contact the public security organs and surrender themselves to China under the organization of the public security organs, they can take compulsory measures such as restricting personal freedom and give them a lighter or mitigated punishment according to law.

3. Wanzhou citizens stranded in northern Myanmar who fail to register for the record before June 15 and do not take the initiative to contact the towns (streets), police stations or village cadres where their household registration is located will be "unaccounted for" according to the relevant regulations on household registration management in China. After freezing their household registration, they cannot apply for identity cards, passports, border passes and issue certificates of no criminal record.

Four, to persuade those who do not return, according to the fact that they illegally entered northern Myanmar and suspected crimes, the following disciplinary measures will be taken:

(1) All passports and border passes should be cancelled;

(2) Freeze all its bank accounts, WeChat and Alipay;

(3) All mobile communication should be suspended;

(4) Those who are involved in overseas fraud, gambling, and organizing the execution of cross-border Myanmar crimes are not in place, and all of them are included in the list of untrustworthy persons according to law;

(five) to temporarily detain, seal up, auction or dismantle vehicles, houses and other property illegally obtained from fraud, gambling and drugs;

(six) cancel all the preferential policies, benefits, subsidies or subsidies that I and my family members enjoy in Wanzhou District according to law;

(seven) when their children are enrolled in kindergartens, primary schools and junior high schools, their parents are not allowed to attend urban schools without going through the admission procedures or face-to-face signing;

(eight) North Myanmar dens personnel and their immediate family members in the league, join the party, join the army, take an examination of civil servants, take an examination of the staff of institutions, employment strictly, in principle, not through.

Five, the broad masses of the people should actively participate in exposing illegal and criminal acts, the public security organs should strictly keep secrets, protect informants, and commend and reward meritorious personnel who provide criminal clues and assist in arresting criminal suspects. Threatening or retaliating against an informant or accuser, which constitutes a crime, will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
