The moving average is the abbreviation of moving average, which is an important indicator to reflect the trend of price operation and also an important indicator for technical analysis of stock investment.

Common moving averages are 5, 10, 20, 30 and 60-day moving averages. For example, the curve connecting the arithmetic average of the closing price in the first nine days and the closing price in the last ten days is the 10 daily moving average.

_ In the daily K-line chart, the white line, yellow line, purple line, green line and blue line respectively represent: 5, 10, 20, 30 and 60-day moving averages, but this is not fixed and will be different according to different settings. For example, you set them to 5, 15 and 30 in the system. Look at the words "yellow PMA5= number" at the top of the K-line chart, indicating that the five-day moving average is equal to number.

For example, the 3-day line is to divide the stock prices (usually closing prices) of the day before yesterday, yesterday and today by 3, then divide the stock prices of yesterday, today and tomorrow by 3, and so on.

It is one of the charts used by more people after the K-line.
