Why does Apple 6splusqq information not display the avatar at the top?

The displayed avatar can be clicked to edit and change. . It displays automatically because you took the photo and sent it to him/her via text message, and then the photo automatically displayed as his/her avatar.

1. Open the settings function option on the iPhone6s plus phone.

2. Click to open the information function in the settings.

3. See the contact photo shown below.

4. Open the button on the right
