What are you thinking and doing when you take a long-distance bus or train?

When I take the train, especially when I travel long distances, what I do most is of course to sleep, because it will be really boring, and to save energy when I get to my destination. But what I like to do best is to look at the scenery outside the window. As a southerner who goes to school in the north, every time I take the train, I will take pictures of the scenery outside the window.
