In view of the severe situation of epidemic rebound in COVID-19, in order to implement the deployment and requirements of provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, we will provide legal protection for epidemic prevention and control in a timely and convenient manner, and reduce the flow of epidemic prevention and control units, staff, volunteers and people who need legal advice.

On August 6th, 20021year, Daqing Lawyers Association established "Public Online Legal Consultation Volunteer Lawyers Group", headed by Zhang Dianying, vice president of Daqing Lawyers Association and director of Heilongjiang Fenghua Law Firm, with Dong Xiuxia, director of Heilongjiang Zhonglan Law Firm, Wang Hongmei, director of Heilongjiang Linde Law Firm, Yang Zhi, director of Heilongjiang Yangzhi Law Firm, and Li Zijun, director of Heilongjiang Longfeng Law Firm as deputy heads. Volunteer lawyers will open a hotline to provide free online voluntary answers and mediation on legal issues such as prevention and control of infectious diseases, internet security, labor disputes, civil and commercial affairs, criminal offences, legal letters and visits, etc., which are prone to occur during the epidemic. And put forward legal opinions or suggestions on the law-related and litigation-related issues involved in the epidemic prevention and control period of Daqing Municipal People's Government, county and district people's governments, various functional departments and towns. The service hours are from 9: 00 am to 1 1 pm and from 14 pm to 17 pm. Governments at all levels, epidemic prevention and control units and frontline prevention and control personnel are not subject to the above time limit.

At the same time, the majority of volunteer lawyers will carry out the publicity of People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, Emergency Regulations for Public Health Emergencies and other relevant laws, regulations and judicial interpretations through personal WeChat, official WeChat account, Aauto Quicker and the "Heart to Heart" WeChat group of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, and carry out online and offline publicity.
