The mobile phone can't send short messages, which means the network is out of order.

Sending SMS failed, but there is no problem in calling. Sending a short message prompts a network error, and so does retrying sending.

Solution:

Open the mobile phone operation page and click Find? "SMS \ Info" dialog box

After entering the SMS Settings menu, find the "SMS Center" inside.

After calling the service provider to confirm, the number of the SMS information center is set as shown below (SMS numbers of different service operators are different, please contact China Mobile and China Unicom for details. Telecom customer service)

Note that if there is no problem with the cell phone signal, you can't send a short message, the number doesn't exist, or the other party's network signal is not good, it will lead to the failure of sending. Or you can't send text messages during the current call.
