Agricultural Bank debit card SMS service fee is insufficient.

Please log in to Palm Bank APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification" (Supplementary payment service is currently applicable to KBao and KLing customers) to make up the arrears, or you can make up the arrears of message service through personal online banking or the counter.

Personal message service fee cannot be deducted when the account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting on the deduction date. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and stop sending SMS.
