Today, the housing construction departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and other three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Integration of Housing Provident Funds in the Yangtze River Delta in Shanghai, and announced the first batch of practical integration projects.

The Shangguan reporter of Jiefang Daily learned from the Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center that the first batch of actual integration projects include the Yangtze River Delta Provident Fund off-site loan deposit and use certificate project and the Yangtze River Delta abnormal house purchase warning project.

It is reported that the integrated cooperation of housing provident fund in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui will gradually expand to other fields such as housing provident fund business management, services and talents on the basis of existing information cooperation. This year, we took the lead in consulting cross-regional housing purchase information in the Yangtze River Delta, mutual recognition of loan authentication information in different places in the Yangtze River Delta, early warning announcement of abnormal areas of housing purchase extraction, sharing of knowledge base of 12329 service hotline, piloting loan repayment business for railway workers in different places, and launching a unified policy pilot of housing purchase extraction business in the Yangtze River Delta eco-green integration development demonstration zone, and promoting business homogenization and standardization step by step, capital use cooperation and personnel learning in accordance with national standards.

In the future, one city and three provinces will build a service brand of "Yangtze River Delta Housing Provident Fund Integration" with information and data sharing, unified business standards and coordinated risk prevention, so as to provide better housing provident fund services for units and employees in the region and make the management and service level of housing provident fund in the Yangtze River Delta region become the industry benchmark.
